About TrustReply

Built for founders who'd rather ship product than redline PDFs.

TrustReply turns the worst part of B2B sales — the security questionnaire — into a 20-minute review instead of a 20-hour rewrite. Drafts, citations, confidence scores. You stay in control.

The story

I lost the same weekend, three times in a row.

I'm Wil. Before TrustReply I was the founder on the receiving end of a 247-question vendor security questionnaire — the kind that arrives on a Friday afternoon with "can you turn this around by Monday?" stapled to it.

Three deals in a row, I copy-pasted from the same SOC2 doc into the same Excel grid, badly. I priced my time and realized I'd just spent $9,000 of founder-hours on a task that an LLM could have drafted in seven minutes — if it had access to my policies and a reason to cite them.

TrustReply is the tool I wish I'd had on every one of those weekends. It's narrow, opinionated, and shipped by one person who got tired of the same problem.

What we won't compromise on

Three things we'll never get wrong.

01

Citations or it didn't happen.

Every drafted answer points to the exact source chunk it came from. If we can't cite it, we flag it — we don't invent it.

02

Your KB never trains a model.

We call the Claude API in stateless mode. Your security policies stay your security policies. No fine-tuning, no shared training, no exceptions.

03

Ship beats stall.

Drafts, not perfection. Review, edit, send — in the same hour, not next quarter. Nothing auto-submits; you're always the one who hits send.

The team

One founder. One problem. One mission.

I've been a B2B founder long enough to know that the security questionnaire isn't a one-off — it's the recurring tax on every enterprise deal you ever close.

TrustReply exists because the existing tools were either built for compliance teams at $50K ARR contracts, or didn't exist at all for pre-Vanta founders like me. So I built the version I needed.

A note on payments: TrustReply is solo-built and bootstrapped. The first batch of customers will be invoiced manually via Wise or PayPal while Stripe is wired up. Pricing above is what you'll pay.
